Terms and Conditions

By booking and using services provided by Prestige Miami Limo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with valid contact and payment information.

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit cards, and approved corporate accounts.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice until a reservation is confirmed.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or last-minute changes will be charged the full fare.


3. Waiting Time & Overtime

  • Airport pickups include a complimentary 30-minute grace period after the flight’s actual arrival time.

  • Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.

  • After the grace period, additional waiting time is charged in 15-minute increments at the applicable hourly rate.


4. Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Passengers must behave responsibly and respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, and disorderly conduct are strictly prohibited.

  • Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will result in charges for repair and cleaning.


5. Liability

  • Prestige Miami Limo is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Prestige Miami Limo is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items left in the vehicle.

  • Travel insurance is recommended for clients with strict schedules (e.g., flights, events).


6. Safety & Regulations

  • All passengers must wear seat belts at all times.

  • Prestige Miami Limo reserves the right to refuse service to any person under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or those who pose a risk to safety.

  • Child safety seats are available upon request and must be reserved in advance.


7. Service Modifications

  • Prestige Miami Limo reserves the right to upgrade or substitute a vehicle in case of mechanical failure or unavailability, at no additional cost.

  • Special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.


8. Privacy

  • Client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes.

  • Prestige Miami Limo does not sell or share client data with third parties.
